The franchise released a statement saying, “The Twins are disappointed by this massive disruption for our fans who simply want to watch our games.” “Comcast and [Bally] are negotiating a business deal in this case. The Twins are voiceless and have no say in this. We’re hoping the two sides can reach a consensus as quickly as possible. Bally Sports’ owner, Diamond Sports Group, declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy in March 2023.
