After welcoming their son Hayden in July, Ash Barty and her husband Garry Kissick are reportedly considering having a second child.
In order to give her eldest child a sibling to grow up with, the 28-year-old retired Olympic tennis champion is rumored to be expecting another child that will be close in age.
“Ash can’t wait to have another baby.”An unexpected revelation might happen at any time because it’s Hayden’s birthday soon, an insider told New Idea magazine.
They also mentioned that after welcoming Hayden, Ash’s priorities rapidly shifted.
“Ash used to be all about winning Grand Slams and being the best player in the world.” These days, family comes first.
The month after, Barty talked about the blessings of motherhood, stating that raising her newborn son Hayden was fulfilling in a multitude of ways.
Ash famously gave up the sport at the height of her abilities in January 2022, after her historic victory at the Australian Open.
Barty told News Corp., “It’s the hardest and best thing I’ve ever done.”

Barty described her relationship with Hayden as ‘amazing’.
“I had some idea of how it would feel having seen my sisters become mothers and spend so much time with their kids, but it’s definitely at a different level when it’s your own child and they are completely dependent on you!” It’s very amazing,’ Barty remarked.
The legendary tennis player has never slept in, and Barty affirmed that her son’s birth hasn’t affected anything.
