Despite all odds and predictions, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have prospered over the past four years and will be aiming for another postseason run. They have won the NFC South Conference for three straight years, and they have ended a 12-year run of no postseason play with their four out of four playoff appearances. The current group of players, according to general manager Jason Licht, has only experienced winning seasons and has no memory of the twelve seasons they spent in the mud. “We have an interesting dynamic here, where a lot of these young players that are still young came in 2020, let’s say. Two of our leaders on our football team are Tristen Wirfs and Antoine Winfield Jr.,” Licht remarked. “Their inaugural season coincided with our Super Bowl victory… and our initial signing of Tom. They truly don’t know how to do anything other than want to win playoff games and the division. Although Tom Brady had a remarkable season in Tampa, the Buccaneers are currently focused on winning the division. They are notable for having won the Super Bowl. “Then there are individuals like Lavonte (David), who has experienced hardships. Mike Evans and Chris (Godwin), who had experienced hardships, recognised the benefits of having Tom in the mix. After Tom departs, we go on to Baker (Mayfield), who, according to his style of play, is a fierce, competitive leader in his own right. “I believe this recipe has worked well thus far. Particularly considering all of the sceptics who believed that we would fail when Tom left. I believe that this football team’s DNA has always been to disprove everyone. This recipe has worked really well, and I hope it does. The Bucs will try to defeat the Saints, Falcons, and Panthers once more after keeping the nucleus of their winning team from the previous campaign.
