A video that showed Atlanta Falcons general manager Terry Fontenot speaking with team owner Arthur Blank right after selecting Washington quarterback Michael Penix Jr. with the eighth overall choice surfaced during the 2024 NFL Draft. A variety of interpretations resulted from the attention-grabbing movements of Fontenot and Blank’s concentrated attention.
