Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott spoke out about the sexual assault case that was brought against him on Friday.
“I am aware of the reality. “We filed with confidence,” Prescott responded when questioned at the Texas Children’s Cancer Fund Gala.
Allegations of sexual assault against Prescott were made public in March.
In 2017, the woman alleges that outside of the XTC Cabaret in Dallas, Prescott sexually attacked her while she was in the backseat of an SUV.

Prescott denied the charges when asked if the lawsuit would come up during the talks about an extension.
“It is unrelated to it,” declared the Cowboys quarterback.
