Josh Jacobs is the team’s running back, and Adam Stenavich is excited about the bright future ahead…
The Green Bay Packers, who have recently hired Adam Stenavich as their offensive coordinator, are poised for an exciting NFL season as he carefully positions his rushing back (RB) lineup. Josh Jacobs, a two-time All-Pro, is the team’s top running back and was signed to a contract for an average of $12 million a season by the Packers. Both youngster MarShawn Lloyd and Jacobs’ potential as an “every-down RB” have Stenavich beaming with confidence. Stenavich declares, “Josh is a phenomenal running back.” Jacobs has proven to be an amazing receiver and runner. Furthermore, he has demonstrated his ability to be a competent pass defender. He is one of those players that you can actually have in the game all the time and not have to worry about anything with because he is an “every-down RB.” That’s good, then. MarShawn Lloyd, a rookie, is expected to provide the club with an “explosive element.” Stenavich is quite proud of his remarkable Scouting Combine record of 4.38 seconds. During the OTAs, Lloyd showed off his speed and vision with a series of outstanding runs. Stenavich thinks that this combination of speed and vision will undoubtedly give the Packers’ backfield a notable boost. The previous season, the Packers averaged 112.1 yards per game and 4.32 yards per carry. But with Lloyd and Jacobs collaborating closely with Dillon, things appear to be improving for the Packers in the 2017 campaign. The Packers’ offensive lineup should be enhanced in the upcoming season with the acquisition of Lloyd as RB2 and Jacobs as the primary RB. Together with Adam Stenavich’s coaching abilities, this dynamic pair may be the deciding factor in the Packers’ attempt to win the NFL this season.
